At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Hai, Vice-Rector of CTU, sent a warm welcome to the NTOU delegation and gave an overview of the University’s activities of education, scientific research, technology transfer, and international cooperation.

The representatives of CTU and NTOU have discussed conditions and opportunities for cooperation activities in the coming time. Accordingly, the two sides will promote cooperation in education and training, exchange of lecturers and students, and provision of training programs and scholarships for candidates of both universities.
It is believed that long-term and stable cooperation between the two sides will be established and promoted through specific cooperation orientation.
