Short-term certificate From February 17th to 22nd, 2025, over 30 students and faculty members from the College of Engineering, Can Tho University (CTU) participated in a student exchange program at Kasetsart University (Kamphaeng Saen campus_Thailand).

During the program, Dr. Nguyen Van Cuong - Dean of the College of Engineering (CTU) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Somchai Donchedi - Head of the Faculty of Engineering (Kasetsart University), discussed cooperation on lecturer and student exchange programs, and credit exchange in engineering training programs. In addition, students from the College of Engineering participated in learning activities, presented reports at the "Automation Workshop" and visited laboratories in the fields of electricity, electronics, automation, and units including: the Department of Computer Engineering, the National Agricultural Machinery Center, and the Agricultural Technology Complex.

The student exchange program at Kasetsart University provided an opportunity for faculty members and students from the College of Engineering to learn, exchange cultures, and access scientific and technological advancements. The College of Engineering delegation gained practical experiences through visits and academic activities, strengthening the friendly and cooperative relationship between the two universities. This is an essential foundation for promoting future cooperation programs, opening up many development opportunities for students and faculty members from both sides.
The student exchange program between the College of Engineering (CTU) and the Faculty of Engineering (Kasetsart University) not only helps students access advances in science and technology in Thailand in the fields of agriculture and engineering but also provides an opportunity for students to experience and exchange culture, improve communication skills, and develop teamwork skills in an international environment.
The international student exchange program will continue to be maintained and developed by the College of Engineering as well as CTU to create more learning and research opportunities for students. This is also an essential foundation for the University to tighten cooperative relations and strengthen friendly relations with international partners, improving the quality of training and scientific research.
