Short-term certificate On May 20th, 2019, the MoU signing ceremony between Can Tho University (CTU) and Royal University of Agriculture (RUA), Cambodia took place at CTU's Administrative Building.
Representing the two sides, Prof. Dr. Ha Thanh Toan, CTU's Rector and Mr. Ngo Bunthan, Rector of RUA signed the MoU with the aim of promoting cooperative relationship between the two units through such activities as exchange of lecturers and researchers and students; organizing joint research projects, conferences and workshops; exchange of information and academic materials; etc.

On this occasion, representatives of Faculty of Fisheries - RUA and College of Aquaculture and Fisheries - CTU signed an MoA on the implementation of cooperative activities in fisheries sector such as lecturer exchange; student exchange in short-term training courses, workshops, research, and cultural exchange; publication of papers in the areas of fisheries; developing training programs; etc.

The ceremony was overflowed with the joyfulness of the attendants. It is expected that the cooperative activities concretized by the MoU would create many opportunities for the sustainable development and tighten the good relationship of CTU and RUA.
