CTU plays a crucial role in the development and distribution of scientific and technological solutions and innovations towards a climate resilient and sustainable socio-economic development of the region. For its proven regional competencies and advantages, CTU has established and institutionalized partnership with a variety of national and international organizations, including private sector.

GIZ Vietnam and CTU realize that there exist strong synergies between the two organizations in terms of operational objectives about climate resilience in the Mekong Delta, and thus establishing a bilateral framework  is necessary and mutually beneficial to effectively implement the strategic cooperation between the parties.
