Undergraduate On February 2, 2026, Dr. Le Van Lam - Vice Rector of Can Tho University, along with leaders of relevant units, welcomed and held a working session with Prof. Hong Jinbae - Dean of International Affairs, Incheon National University, Republic of Korea, and his delegation.

The meeting focused on discussions and exchanges regarding orientations for the development and implementation of undergraduate student exchange programs, as well as the expansion of postgraduate training cooperation. Both sides shared information on their respective strengths in education and scientific research, the demand for developing high-quality human resources, and the potential for connecting academic programs in line with the internationalization of education. Through these exchanges, the two universities expressed their expectation that the implementation of cooperative programs would contribute to enhancing professional expertise, research capacity, and the ability to integrate internationally, while also providing learners with opportunities to access advanced, multicultural learning environments and international educational standards.

On the same day, Incheon National University held an information and counseling session on study-abroad opportunities and academic programs in the Republic of Korea for Can Tho University students. The session helped students gain further insights, shape their study pathways, and better prepare for international integration.

Can Tho University and Incheon National University agreed to continue close coordination and move toward concretizing areas of cooperation in order to implement joint programs in the coming period promptly. The working session marked an important milestone in the collaboration between the two institutions, contributing to the enhancement of human resource quality and reaffirming Can Tho University’s commitment to expanding international learning opportunities for students in response to the demands of development in an increasingly integrated global context.
