Can Tho University and National Taiwan Normal University Strengthen Cooperation in Technology and Education

On May 25, 2026, Can Tho University welcomed a delegation from National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU), led by Prof. Hsiu-Mei Hsieh, Associate Vice President for International Affairs. The delegation was received by Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Hai, Vice Rector of Can Tho University, along with representatives of relevant units.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed a wide range of topics related to cooperation in training, scientific research, high-quality human resource development, and the promotion of international academic activities. In particular, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and practice-oriented training were identified as promising areas for future collaboration. Both universities also shared their experiences in international education, enterprise linkages, and the expansion of international academic exchange opportunities. In addition, NTNU introduced and provided information on scholarship programs and learning and research opportunities available to Can Tho University's faculty and students.
