In a friendly and open atmosphere, Mr. Kazuyuki Nakane sincerely sent thanks for the warm welcome of CTU for the delegation. He said that this was his third visit to Vietnam as State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan. This expressed his love for the country of Vietnam.
