Undergraduate On April 14, 2026, Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Hai - Vice Rector of Can Tho University (CTU), together with representatives of relevant units, welcomed and held a working session with the delegation from Taiwan Steel University of Science and Technology, led by Prof. Dr. Tien Hui Chen - President of the University.

During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on orientations for future cooperation, focusing on the development of student exchange programs and the promotion of joint training in key disciplines such as architecture, construction, and engineering. Taiwan Steel University of Science and Technology expressed their impressions of CTU's mission, vision, and development potential, and conveyed their interest in fostering practical, effective collaborative activities.

Within the framework of the program, the two universities signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), formalizing and expanding cooperation across multiple areas, including the exchange of faculty members and students; sharing academic materials and scientific information; and implementing joint academic activities such as collaborative research, specialized seminars, and other international cooperation programs.
