Dormitories at Can Tho University – A Safe and Convenient Home for Students

Can Tho University (CTU) provides safe, modern, and convenient dormitories for students to live, study, and develop life skills. With a total capacity of 8,780 students, CTU’s dormitories are located in Campus II (Can Tho City) and Hoa An Campus (Hau Giang Province). The dormitory areas are securely fenced and equipped with 24/7 security and camera surveillance, ensuring safety and peace of mind for all residents.

All students who wish to live in the dormitories are guaranteed accommodation immediately after completing enrollment.

Facilities and Services:

• High-speed Internet and Wi-Fi connection.

• Free bicycle parking for residents.

• Mini supermarkets, canteens, and food courts offering hygienic and nutritious meals at affordable prices, certified by Can Tho City’s health authorities.

• Opportunities to join academic clubs, cultural, artistic, and sports activities, as well as soft skill training programs.

• Recreational areas and sports facilities for students.

Dormitory rooms are available in two types:

• Cooking rooms (students may cook their own meals with personal equipment).

• Non-cooking rooms (only electric kettles are allowed).
  Each room accommodates at least three students.

Room Fees:
From 220,000 to 475,000 VND per student per month (excluding electricity and water, charged based on actual usage).

Priority and Special Arrangements:

• Students from disadvantaged or policy backgrounds are given priority, staying in 8-student rooms (4 bunk beds) with full support.

• Other students can choose from various room types based on their needs and financial conditions.
